Christopher Nolan

 We will be presenting on film directors and their films. This time I would like to introduce Christopher Nolan. He was born in London, England in 1970. He is now 50 years old. He has both British and American citizenship, His father is British and his mother is American. He enrolled at University College London, where he studied British fiction and began making short films. Then in 1998, he directed his first feature film. His brother wrote the screenplay for what was to become his second film, and it was with that film that he first came to prominence. He has since been nominated for numerous awards.

Next, I would like to introduce some of Christopher Nolan's popular movies. Inception (2010), Interstellar (2014), and Memento (2000). Interstellar is a science fiction movie. The synopsis is that the Earth is nearing the end of its lifespan, and in order to save the human race, it travels into space in search of a new home. There, they are faced with various challenges. This is a very long movie, 2 hours and 50 minutes.

The second movie is Inception, which is also a science fiction action movie. This movie won an Academy Award.  It is a spy movie where you can enter the subconscious mind of your opponent and change their thoughts at will.

The last one is Memento. This is Christopher Nolan's second film and his masterpiece. As I mentioned earlier, the script was written by my brother. The plot is that the main character suffers from a head injury and memory loss. His wife is murdered by the killer, and he follows the clues to find the killer with his memory impaired.

Many of Christopher Nolan's movies are difficult to understand just by watching them once. There are many films that make you want to watch them again, and I think that by watching them again and again, you will understand them and your impressions will change. There are many works that are very profound and make you think. Please watch them.
